Vyuo hivyo ni Muhimbili University of Allied Sciences nafasi ya 3 na Ardhi University nafasi ya 10.


UDSM imeshika nafasi ya 21 kati ya vyuo 25 huku Udom haijulikana hata kama ni Chuo Kikuu 😆😆

Kwa Afrika Mashariki Tanzania ndio imeongoza ikifuatiwa na Uganda Chuo 1(5) na Rwanda Chuo 1(8) huku Kenya hakuna Chuo hata Kimoja.

Mwanafunzi kama husomi Muhimbili,Ardhi,UDSM ujue unapoteza Mda na pesa Bure ,hivyo sio vyuo.

Wale pisi wa Sudan Waliochagua mahala hongera sana Muhimbili na Ardhi University.

MUHAS scores high in Africa University rankings
MUHIMBILI University of Health and Allied Sciences has been ranked third in the 2023 Sub Saharan University rankings, and the fifth in the list of African best universities.

A total of 121 universities from 20 African countries were involved whereby MUHAS was nominated among the best universities from Africa, according to a report released by the Times Higher Education Magazine, recently.

South Africa has most universities in the top ten zone while Nigeria is most represented with 37 universities led by Covenant University placed in the seventh position.

About two thirds of the participating universities are public institutions and a quarter are private ones.
“The list is led by South African universities of Witwatersrand followed by Johannesburg,” the report said.

“The rankings explore the impact of universities in sub-Saharan Africa in addressing some of the toughest challenges faced on the continent, embracing key agenda 2063 and UN priorities,” the report reads in part.
“Themes covered in the comprehensive methodology include: University infrastructure, teaching, quality research impact and inequality,” the report adds.

The MUHAS got 79.2 overall scores; 89.8 on resource and finance, 56.6 on access and fairness, 71.8 on teaching skills, 86.0 on student engagement, and 91.6 on the Africa impact.

According to the Global Centre for World University ranking for 2021/22, MUHAS was ranked first among Tanzania universities.

Apart from MUHAS, other universities from Tanzania that excelled in the ranking are the Ardhi University which is at the 10th place in the list of best universities in Sub-Saharan African countries and the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) which is placed at the 21st position.

UDSM lazima ishuke kwakua nguvu nyingi zilielekezwa UDOM and Ardhi, wkt lecturers wengi ni haohao wa udsm, labda prof/associate prof waongezeke ili hivyo vyuo viweze sogea mbele.
