1. Drink a cup of water immediately after you wake up
2. Read for at least 20 minutes everyday
3. Meditate or sit quietly (mobile switched off) for at least 20 minutes

5. Help someone & don't boast or be egoistic proud on that
6. Do some exercise, at least walk a distance everyday, eat healthy
7. Talk to someone you love, play with kids, learn from their innocence
8. Remember, focus & work for your goals everyday
9. Do something creative everyday
10. Find joy in small small things & be happy
