Why was obama and not g.w.bush?

I have been asked for myself, how and why Obama success in osama battle than his former president G.W. Bush?
G. W Bush suffered for long time without any possibility.

The Bush clan and the Osama clan are close family friends. On 9/11 when all planes in the US were grounded for security emergency Bush put the Rich Osama family in a private plane and flew them to Saudi Arabia. The Bush clan also owns oil wells in Saudi Arabia. Bush had Osama on target but chose other diversionary tactics. Obama killed him because his poll numbers were in the sink and he thought that getting Osama would help him in the elections.
