We had RICHMOND company wch caused much loss 2 the govt and public!Later was changed to DOWANS, where the govt was compelled to end the contract, due to failure and cheating!
Now has changed to SYMBION and already have the new tender frm govt,just few months after turning frm DOWANS to SYMBION!
Is there no other competent electric company to take the tender?
We know this company has showed the failure, why continue to be subjected to the govt tender? WHY?!
