Since you brought up these issues, it behooves you to explain to us convincingly what each and every point you have listed really means as pertains the political situation in Tanzania.The question is "What" and NOT "where". Generally speaking, principle 1,2,3,7,8,9,11 &13 are technical principles. You don't just say to please your lips. Think with your mind what it takes and what it means practically.
