I have a plot with clean tittle deed (99 yrs) at BUNJU A approximately 1 km from Bagamoyo road with 705 sqm.Very nice corner plot, accessible by 3 sided road (njia panda).
I would wish to exchange with someone who is selling 3 bedroom house fenced or if not fenced but have a space to build a fence for parking.
The house should have clean tittle dead as well as well finished.
