We must teach our children to politely say No when something isn’t right.

Many millennials , Gen X and baby boomers ( wengi tupo makundi haya ) were raised to believe authority is infallible especially within families and obedience was unconditional. While this taught respect and order, it also silenced accountability. Leaders, parents, and bosses grew to believe they’re above consequence. And those below were trained not to question, not out of discipline, but out of fear. This cycle, born in our homes, now poisons our families, workplaces, and nations. This is the only way to overcome the chawacracy culture which is eroding our nation at an alarming rate
