I think he is a Bayer level player not an Elite club player.
Basically he is doing exactly what I thought he would do if he went to a team below the elite clubs and played week in/ week out.

Even though I really like this line-up, I'd love to see James and Isco start together. Statistically, the team plays much better with them.
