While Madrid maintain that they will not sell him, there are two scenarios that are going through Zidane's and Perez's mind:

1. Don't sell him because we may need him in a long season where we will challenge for all titles.

2. Sell him and get a pre-agreement that Hazard will join Real Madrid in summer 2017. Something close to what we had with Danilo and Porto.

Now ofcourse, these are all hypothetical because it relies on 2 factors, whether or not Zidane wants to keep James and whether or not he wants Hazard.

One, Zidane really likes Hazard. Two, I don't think Conte and Chelsea are that stupid to sell. Hazard won't come next season.
