Kagame has been outstanding for Rwanda but the bad thing is for him to be contemplating on remaining in power longer than the time required for him by the constitution, which he will surely change for his pleasure. Perhaps, he should start to invest on who shall succeed him.
 
BUT let us be open the man tried his level best as normal human being
