Je return yake itazidi jengo litakalojengwa kwenye hii plot inayouzwa hapa? (Fact za kuzingatia: Kodi, rent fee, supervison, running cost, ulinganisho wa thamani ya jengo)

Hapana si EA yote. Google same size ya plot maeneo ya Upper Hill, West land hapo bado City centre - Nairobi
