• Acting as the prime interface between the Bank and the client.
• Identifying and developing medium retail banking business for the bank with an emphasis on income generation.
• Marketing the Bank new product and service by enhancing existing new customer base and expending the banking business growth
• Maintaining good customer relations and ensure that customer needs are met within the strategic objective of the Bank.
• Managing all customer -related queries.
• Maintaining DTBs customer service standards.
