Picha ni mapema mno,usipopata kazi watairudisha? Nadhani waajiri hao waangalie zaidi CV halafu kama wameamua kumwajiri huyo mtu ndo awape picha.
Labda kama wana maana nyingine na hiyo picha!...

KUHUSU PICHA:-

1) We are getting many CV.
In order to distinguish between people easily AFTER INTERVIEW, we can contact them EASILY if they are right candidate by remembering them with their picture!

2) If you dont want to SEND Picture, it doesnt matter..
It'll just slow the process of finding you again and remembering your NAME !
