We are in search of a Open Yard to buy in the heart of Dar es Salaam. The Yard should be in this areas: Vingunguti, Kiwalani, Nyerere road behind airport, Tazara up to Kurasini. It should be maximum 400m from main road.
Note: The road should be suitable for Heavy trucks.
We are looking for a Yard with size around 5000-6000sqmtrs.
It should have title Deed with one name (and not to buy more houses)
