Kenya's Internet Second Fastest in Africa

At 24.9 megabits per second, Madagascar’s broadband speed is more than twice the global average. Not only does this mean the African island nation has the fastest internet speed on the continent, but it places 22nd in the world, out-pacing Canada, France, and the UK.
The broadband speed in Madagascar is due to the 10,000km-long East African Submarine Cable System (EASSy). An undersea fibre-optic cable that stretches from Sudan to South Africa. In 2014, the country’s largest internet provider Telecom Malagasy signed an agreement with the international operating division of Hong Kong Telecom to make this happen.
According to a broadband speed league table from UK analytics firm Cable, which collects data from 200 countries, these are the top 10 fastest internet speeds in Africa:

Au enda ukatafute ile mada ambayo Tz ilikua top in inclusive growth kulingana na UN devt index ... watanzania humo walikua wanajitekerenya na kucheka wenyewe.....

I think Tanzanians are not only slow but naive as well.

Not a list that says anything. Most of internet is used for porn..A connection of 500kbps to 1 mps is enough for "work". The rest is for entertainment

Some things I wish we would continue to stay behind Kenya forever i.e corruption.

This is good progress from a continent which had almost zero internet ten years ago.
