I think Kenya can hold this event considering having a direct connection to virtually every of the African countries that is to take part, the only problem is whether the insecurity issues will be contained since the "Al Shabulbs" are usually very attracted to huge gatherings with their never ending appetite to disrupt any of such events and demonstrate that they still existence and in command.
