Who knows? even the government salary scale in Tanzania are a secret (not public). Recently, we heard the government secretly decided to increase the salarie for Judges, the speaker and the deputy, ministers, RCs, DCs, parliamentarians but not other civil servants b'coz there were not enough funds!
