Ni mchana unapo fikaa watu tunakuaa maofisini au kazini inatokea mtu pale pale unasikia usingizi wakichovu chovu let say umekaa umepumzikaa kazi umemalizaa unasubiri maelezo mengine pale unakutwaa naka ujisingizii chaa ajabu ajabu

Mikutanoni mbali mbalii unakutaa midaa flanii watu wanaa lazaa mpakaa wana itwaa vilazaa jamaani palee tu mindo na ombaa nishaurini nakama kunatiba yakee mmnielekezeni coz sio wote wana kuaa wanaa lala ni baadhi tu na je? niugonjwaa ama nini??

inawezakuwa ni ugonjwa kama inakutokea daily, cha msingi hapo ni upunguze vinywaji vyenye kaffeina kama vile soda, chai ya rangi, kahawa, nk vingine unaweza ku-google vyenye kaffeina. Ongeza pia unywaji maji walau mpaka glasi 8 kwa siku.

Mbonaa ukinywaa kahawaa wanasemaa inapunguzaa kulala?
mwanzoni unapoianza ndiyo inapunguza kulala kwa kukufanya active zaidi kama vile ilivyo bangi, kadri siku zinavyosogea basi ndiyo madhara huanza kutokea. Hata konyagi husaidia kuongeza nguvu za kiume mwanzoni lakini kadri siku zinavyozidi kuongezeka hukufanya kinyume chake. Natumaini umenipata sasa ila kama bado uliza tena uone.
