I saw him yesterday, delivering a speech somewhere and he kept on smiling while talking about form four mass failure, I couldn't imagine, if he cant be serious in issues pertaining to his peoples' lives, is he going to be serious in anything.

What you probably fail to understand is Bw. Jakaya Kikwete, is no different from most us (TZn), he is a reflection of who we really are, he is Us! The majority of us would behave exactly the same way he does, once given a chance to be in a position he is! That's why we voted for him, not even only once but twice, and If we were to be given a chance of voting for him for the 3rd time we'd do exactly as we did before! And why? because, he is US!
And for your information 2015 we going to elect another US, It a vicious circle you know!

When i see my president with such a relaxed state while our nation is in chaos like this,i always remember the 2010 election.did the majority really vote for him?because he doesn't seem to feel the pressure of his voters,so probably he knows something that we don't.and wow,look at dr Slaa,he act like a real president!these politics are making me nervous..aargh!
