The High Court has issued a warrant of arrest against journalist Walter Barasa who will then be handed over to the International Criminal Court.
Mr Barasa has been accused by Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda of interfering with witnesses at the ICC.
The arrest warrant was issued by Justice Richard Mwongo Wednesday.
In March, the High Court quashed orders staying Cabinet Secretary of Interior and National Coordination Joseph ole Lenku from filing an application for Mr Barasas arrest.

The Prosecution alleges that Walter Osapiri Barasa is criminally responsible as direct perpetrator, under article 25(3)(a) or alternatively article 25(3)(f) of the Rome Statute for three counts of offences against the administration of justice consisting in in corruptly or attempting to corruptly influencing three ICC witnesses.
