A 22 year old finalist at Lake Bunyonyi Vocational Senior Secondary School in Kabale District has drowned in Lake Bunyonyi while returning home from school.
The deceased has been identified as Samuel Amanya, who was preparing to sit for his Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations.
