Why Burry Mwangosi So Hurriedly?

You say, "Teargas bombs are based on aerosol principle just like a spray can in our homes" Je una uhakika mtutu wa bomu la machozi ukiwekwa sm moja toka tumboni kwako na kulipuliwa ni sawa na kubonyeza kidude cha X-pell au Dumu sm moja toka tumboni. You better revisit your knowledge on the so called principles employed in manufacturing versus the impact of manufactured devices / finished product!! Otherwise, come and take back my force number !!!

Lol you're a ballistics expert, huh?

Look, sis...what you just said describes the first stage, exit of the grenade from its launcher. Irrespective of the range the point of penetration of the projectile into the target will only be a small hole. I'll talk more about this later if you insist

My point however was focusing on how stuff work? a teargas bomb is supposed to spew gas as in escape of gas through a narrow opening. And for this to happen (1)you need pressure to force the gas out. And when this gas is spewed out (2)chances are you'll find shells lying around

On the contrary the bomb used to murder Daudi Mwangosi it (3)exploded upon impact with the target ripping his body apart. How do you explain that?....madam officer!

AZIPA: I repeat in a different way:

While the principle of how two chemical agents (insecticide in cans & tear gas canister) work may be synonymous; the way they are used (range and direction from the target) can have diverse impacts.

Umewahi kusikia kitu kinaitwa weaponization of tear gas? Haya soma hii taarifa Physicians for Human Rights - Weaponizing Tear Gas ya Wasomi wenye Nobel Prize waitwao Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) juu ya madhara yaliyofanywa kwa kutumia tear-gas kama siraha huko Bahrain such as:-
• A teenage boy was struck in his left eye by a tear gas canister fired at close range, which fractured his eye socket and ruptured his eyeball, leaving him blind in that eye.
• A 27-year-old bystander suffered a fractured skull and intracranial bleeding when struck in the head with a tear gas canister.

Otherwise, just continue sticking ONLY in a mud of ‘same working principle' at the point of ignoring the uses and impacts!

BTW: Hii ndio profile yao PHR. Pengine Rais wetu angeialika hawa watusaidie kufanya uchunguzi wa kitalam usio na mashaka wala upendeleo na upande wowote.

Don't be fooled by the term WEAPONISATION because even a shoe can be used as a weapon.

And you've the audacity to compare those two minor damages above to Mwangosi's not just loss of life but total dismembering of his body which we can arguably say reflects the explosive power of the weapon used.
