From you posts on this forum it seems to me that you fear the integration of these countries....by the way....Kabila is coming in the fold too...what do you say? Nao huwataki? EAC is irreversible....so the only way is to forge forward and make mistakes and learn from them...lakini hata upige kelele namna gani hakuna kurudi nyuma...and one other thing...do i sense xenophobia here?

You know what, I am not going to lay the blame on Wakenya or Katiti on this issue; instead, I am going to blame TRA and Barclays bank for fostering these kinds of nonsense. I don't understand how a single person can authorize transfer of funds without his/her boss approval, and by funds I mean millions of dollars. These kinds of transactions are supposed to be overseen and authorized by at least 4 people from different departments.

Suing these culprits is a good step forward but it is not enough to deter criminals. What the govt ought to do devise a system that will close these loop holes.

Hakuna kurudi nyuma? Are you a prophet? You see these countries becoming a federation? I see the opposite. Usijidanganye hata kidogo, as for sensing, you are entitled to it. If it was my a choice, i would have gone SADC and Kabila belongs there, they are cool. EAC Federation is doomed, that's for sure!
