na slice kila mzuzu in three thin pieces kufuata urefu, natia chumvi kidogo,
iriki, kitungu maji kilicho sagwa na cooking oil kwa mbali - 30 mins zimeiva...
huu mzuzu ni optional kama mpenzi wa nazi natia na nazi and sukari kwa mbali...
Samaki nachukua Fresh na kum-weka for an 45mins baada ya kupaka kitunguu maji,
garlic, chumvi, pili pili kidogo then hapo nampaka unga wa ngano ulochanganywa
vizuri saana to a smooth layer na binzari, smashed garlic, pepper na mayai
then nam kaanga... nitakuwekea na mchicha ulochemshwa tu kwa kitungu na mafuta
bila kusaga chai ya maziwa nzito ya tangawazi....
