This is quite funny but who would be so stupid as to play such a trick on an angry mob?

POSITIVELY PRICELESS!!!

Most Syrians struggle to read even Arabic, much less have a clue about English.

So, how does a group of Syrian protest leaders create the most impact with their signs by having the standard "Death To Americans"(etc.) slogans printed in English?

Answer: They hire an English-speaking civilian to translate and write their statements into English..

Unfortunately, in this case, they were unaware that the "civilian" insurance company employee hired for the job was a retired US Army Sergeant! Obviously, pictures of this protest rally never made their way to TV networks,
but the results were PRICELESS!

I doubt if the story is authentic.Has the ring of those fictitious anti-Obama emails.More like an Onion report than something true.

It's OK if the fiction is imaginative, for then it could pass for slapstick.But an unimaginative farce is as appealing as horse manure, it smells of pure hate.
