What do we need so as to be efficient and effective in education sector in Tanzania?
Today, I want to contribute four pointers as recommendation to my beloved nation Tanzania.
The first, good behaviour among the students and staff in our educational institutions.
Secondly, we need strong discipline among the stakeholders of the educational organizations.
Thirdly, we need efficient and effective teaching among our staff in the our educational institutions.
Fourthly, the learners should be efficient and effective in learning.
Therefore, so as to have efficient and effective nation, we need "Good behaviour and strong discipline which go hand in hand with effective teaching and learning."
It is a long journey, but let us try.
