The White House has instructed the M 23 rebels to use only light weapons when engaging in the figthing,and also to get out of DRC.
This is very humane for The White House to say such a thing.
But it is time now to bring this war to an end.
What should happen is this:
The side which is considered to be the stronger side should be requested,persuaded,advised,to bring this war to an end.
And then the loosing side will ask for a peace talk,will ask for the terms for ending the war,will decide if the terms for ending the war are acceptable.
