Ila kwa tathimini ya haraka niliyofanya mpaka hapa bunge lilipofikia,na kiri wazi naibu spika Tulia ndio kaonyesha kushindwa,Amejawa na hisia na gadhabu na si mvumilivu.

Yapo mambo madogo anayostahili kuyaacha kama changamoto lakini amekuwa akipaniki na kung'aka
