Alitajwa katika Orodha ya "mafisadi papa" iliyotolewa na Mwenyekiti wa IPP Media Bw. Reginald Mengi Mwaka wa 2009. Baadae tuhuma hizo zilipuuzwa na Serikali ya JK na Bw. Mengi akaishia kuonekana hameishiwa Sera na mwenye dhamira ya kuwapaka matope wale aliowabainisha kwenye orodha yake.
Ni Mfanyabiashara aliyetajwa pia kuingia katika uwekezaji tata wa mradi wa Jengo la Umoja wa Vijana CCM (UVCCM). Ndie mwekezaji pia katika Miradi tata wa Makaa ya Mawe na chuma ya Mchuchuma na Liganga Mkoani Iringa.
Ni mfadhili wa miradi mingi ya maendeleo ikiwemo ujenzi wa shule ya sekondari ya Chifu Ihunyo Musoma vijijiji (Jimboni kwa Mhe. Nimrod Mkono) sambamaba na Bw. Jeetu Patel wa Noble Azan Investments, yeye ndie aliyefadhiri misumari, nondo na mabati yote.
Ni Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa makampuni makubwa sana nchi ya MMI Steels Resource Limited na Nyanza Road Works Ltd (haya ndio yanayotambulika rasmi).
Ndie aliyejitolea kufadhiri mradi mzima wa Taifa wa Zima Moto na Uokozi Tanzannia "The National Fire & Rescue Service project ) kwa mujibu wa repoti ya "Operation Florian in Tanzania). Amekuwa akihuihwa katika Makongamano na dhifa mbalimbali za Kitaifa ikiwemo Uzinduzi wa Kauli Mbiu ya Kilimo Kwanza iliyofanyika Mwezi June, 2009 Kunduchi Beach Hotel & Resorts akitajwa kwenye Kundi ya Wawekezaji na wafanyabiashara (Investors & Biness Community) sambamba na kijana wa JK (Ridhiwan Kikwete - Kutokea Kampuni ya Uwakili ya IMMMA Advocates). http://www.tnbctz.com/index2.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_view&gid=119&Itemid=117
Anatambulika duniani kote kuwa ni swahiba wa kufa na kuzikana wa Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tz JK na baddhi ya viongozi wakuu wa Serikali ya JK.
Rais Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete akimpongeza mkewe Mama Salma Kikwete ambaye pia ni Mwenyekiti wa Taasisi ya Wanawake na MaendeleoWAMA kwa kuchangia shilingi milioni moja katika mfuko wa elimu wa wilaya ya Bagamoyo wakati wa harambee iliyofanyika katika hoteli ya Movenpick jijini Dar es Salaam .Katika Harambee hiyo zaidi ya shilingi milioni tisa zilichangwa.Katikati ni Mwenyekiti wa harambee hiyo Bwana Subhash Patel.

Huyu ni Subhash Patel ambae kamwe Jakaya hawezi kumtenda tofauti kwani anaushawishi mkubwa katika Serikali yake sio kama mfanyabiashara, bali ni rafiki wa karibu. Huyu ndie mtu anatambulika hata na mataifa yaliyondelea kuwa kuswahiba na IKULU ya JK ilivyonukuriwa katika ripoti ya "Operation Florian" hapa chini. Hivyo isingekuwa rahisi kwa tuhuma za Mengi dhidi ya huyu Bw. Kushughulikiwa na Serikali ya JK .

Operation Florian in Tanzania.

Following an approach from the Asian Fire Service Association (AFSA) for assistance in providing firefighting equipment and training in Tanzania, East Africa, I travelled to Dar es Salaam with Mr Jagtar Singh (AFSA), Mr Akwala Deol (AFSA) and Richard Johnes, Fire Service College, to gauge if Operation Florian could be of any assistance.
The provision of fire and rescue services in Tanzania is complex to say the least, the fire service providers are as follows:
1) The National Fire & Rescue Service.
2) Private security firms.
3) The Port Authority.
4) The Airport Fire Service.
We met with the Rt. Hon. Lawrence Masha MP, Minister for Home Affairs to discuss the priorities we had identified during our visit and explained how our newly formed partnership may be able to provide assistance.
My report to the trustees set out how, working in partnership with AFSA and the College, Operation Florian could play a central role in providing a fire service in the most needy communities of Dar es Salaam and is summarised here;
1. Supply of 3 fire appliances and equipment from the Fire Service College. These appliances would be used to provide a free fire service to the poorer communities which make up the suburbs of Dar es Salaam and will come under the Government scheme to support the National Fire service. The personnel for the appliances would be selected from the local communities and staffed on a Retained Duty System.
2. A two week retained training course to cover the basic skills. Further equipment and training will be required (BA & RTC) at a later date.
Finance for this project was always going to be an issue due to the distance involved. However a prominent businessman and friend of Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete, Mr Subhash Patel, offered to finance the whole project, this would include all shipping costs, instructors travel costs and expenses.
