according to Canadian consultancy firm, Canarail The Dar es Salaam- Isaka-Kigali/Keza-Gitega-Musongoti railway project, which is set to cost US$5.2bn and will take four years to complete, is expected to lower Rwanda and Burundi's transport costs.

As if you are not aware that Sitta is in Burundi right now on the same issue. Pathetic.

Kwa hiyo fedha zinatoka Burundi. Mbona nimesikia redioni kuwa Sitta kasema Burundi, Tanzania na DRC watatembeza bakuli, kwa pamoja, mahala ipatikane ya fedha ya kujenga bandari huko Kongo. Au kwa nini wasimwambie JK aruke na Gulf Stream kwenda kuomba fedha Marekani - wale wan fedha nyingi tu.
