M&P Exploration Production Tanzania Ltd. (MPEP), an upstream producer of natural gas from the Mnazi Bay gas field in Mtwara region hereby invites potential suppliers to express their interest and provide information for the supply of the following: Goods & Services for Drilling of Gas Exploration Wells

The work shall include but shall not be limited to:

• Supply of Casing and Tubulars(OCTG’s).
• Supply of Casing Accessories – floats, shoes, centralizers / stop collars.
• Supply of Drill Bits
• Provision of Casing and Tubular Running Services
• Provision of Cementing Services
• Provision of Fishing Services
• Provision of Directional Drilling Services
• Provision of MLWD Services
• Provision of Drilling Fluids Services
• Provision of Drilling Rig and associated Camp Services
• Provision of Mud Logging Services
• Provision of Formation Evaluation (Logging) Services
• Provision of Drilling Waste Management Services
• Provision of Well Completion Services
• Provision of Well Testing Services

1. This call for Request for Information (RFI) marks an open, transparent, and objective tender process. Detailed scope of work will be issued to qualified bidders upon demand.
2. Potential suppliers must submit information to demonstrate their capability and competency. This must include but not limited to the following:
3. Proof of experience and technical capability in providing said services preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
4. Proof of financial capability (with latest approved audited financial statements for the past 3 years) and current annual return.
5. International companies with ability to team up with local entity in any form as per the Local Content Regulations, 2017.
6. Proof of registration with the local authorities in Tanzania or Country of Origin. This shall include but not limited to a company profile, certificate of registration with BRELA, Tax Authority certificates for Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax, Valid Business License, Proof of registration with ERB (Engineers Registration Board), Regulatory license and permits (if applicable), Tax Clearance Certificate, etc.
