Pre-Qualifications Of Suppliers For Goods And Provision Of Services For The Year 2024 – 2026

Children’s Dignity Forum (CDF) is a voluntary, private, non-governmental, nonpartisan, and non-profit-making civil society children’s rights organization.

Children’s Dignity Forum (CDF) invites applications from eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers (including current suppliers / service providers)to apply for pre-qualification for the supply of goods and provision of Services to the organization for its offices in Dar es salaam, Tarime, and Mpwapwa for the period April 2024 – March 2026 under the following categories: LOT NO. GOODS CATEGORIES SERVICES CATEGORIES 1 Supply of Office Furniture and Fittings Provision of Legal Services 2 Supply of Office Equipment (Laptops, Printers and Photocopies, Projectors, and Cameras etc.) Provision of Audit Services 3 Supply of Office Stationery and printer Cartridges Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services 4 Supply of First Aid Kits Provision of Office security Services 5 Supply and hire of Tents, chairs, tables etc. Provision of Office Internet Services 6 Supply of Motor vehicles Provision of Hotel & Conference Facilities 7 Supply of Motor Fuel, oils, and Lubricants Provision of Publishing and Printing services. (Branded Banners, fliers, Booklets, Brochures, Calendars, Mugs, T-shirts etc.) 8 Vehicle Fitting and Parts Supplies Provision of Office Cleaning Services 9 Supply of Multipurpose Deterqents, Tissue Paper etc. Provision of Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment. 10 Supply of Assorted Food items (Milk, Suqar, Groceries etc.) Provision of Event Manaqement and Decorations services 11 Supply of cutlery, Crockery and Related Kitchen Equipment Provision of Caterinq and function hire services 12 Supply of smart equipment(GPS Devices, CCTV etc.) Photography and Video coverage Services 13 Supply of Hardware Supplies Media Houses and Advertising Services 14 Supply of Generators Travel Aqents Services (Air, Tour & Car hire) 15 Supply of Fire protection Equipment/Accessories. Repair & Maintenance/Servicinq of Motor Vehicles 16 Supply of software Solutions and Licenses Repair & Maintenance/Servicinq of AC systems 17 Supply of AC units. Other Consultancy Service i.e. (Research, Data collection, Trainers & facilitators, Policymakers, Translation services, Manual development, etc.)

Interested parties are requested to submit their Complete Pre-qualification documents/proposal detailing the services, goods, and work they can provide, along with a comprehensive business profile and all legal supporting documents. Ail submissions should be sent to procurement@cdf.or.tz marked “Invitation for pre-qualification and the category applied for.” No later than 7th March 2024 at 12:00.

This is not a specific call for tender and does not constitute a commitment to procure or engage in any form of contractual commitment. Only short-listed or selected parties will be notified by email within two (2) weeks from the date of closure of applications for any future tenders and procurement activities. In case you don’t hear from us four (4) weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful: NO separate or individual communication shall be made by CDF.
