I have just read your heading and did not read other people's views so I will answer this in my own way.
women don't get attracted to man like the way men get attracted to them, just be a normal person and you can get any woman you want.but only if you can be confident enough to look into her eyes and tell her what you want to tell her.May be I am a bit vague ,but what I'm trying to say here is that women are never attracted to the way a man look, simple!

ok,thats good!But how then, we used to hear some women speak out that this guy is very handsome, smart e.t.c. Doesn't this statement proves that also women are being attracted by men's appearance?
