New Trick: House Robbery in Dar es Salaam

House robbery: East Upanga got robbed y'day morning. 6 men claiming to be Tanesco employees came into the house to check Luku Meters. They had come with uniform and identifications. Once they are in, they tied up the lady of the house and the maid and took everything valuable and left. Don't not open the doors to any civil servants unless they bring a letter or proof of any sort.Please Educate your Housemates too.
