    Wana JF naomba mnisaidie katika hili . Nina lori linafanya biashara za kusafirisha mizigo kwenda mikoani. Lakini toka limeanza kufanya biashara faida yake haionekani. Kwenda na kurudi mapato ni milion mbili, matumizi ni diesel huwa kwenye mil. 1.5, udalali na upakiaji ni laki moja. mizani ni kama elfu arobaini na allowance ya dereva ni laki hamsini. najikuta kama nabakiwa na laki mbili, na hapo lazima nitoe hela ya lubricants, matengenezo madogomadogo. Sasa nikipiga mahesabu naona hamna faida kwani gari likitakiwa matengenezo makubwa najikuta naenda kuchukua hela ya mshahara kutengeneza, hapo bado kodi mbalimbali za TRA, SUMATRA, n.k.

    Naomba mtu mwenye uwezo wa kuendesha hii biashara anisaidie kuisimamia ikibidi kutafuta soko zuri .

    Kaka mimi naamini kuwa lori kama lori halina tatizo ila driver wako ndiyo anakuchakachua, kama upo safi tafadhali funga trucking system yenye uwezo wa kumonitor location ya gari, fuel consumption, fuel level, refueling, fuel drop, over speeding, engine temperature etc.

    Kama huwezi funga trucking and monitoring system, tafadhali siku likisafiri chukua hela na safiri pamoja na driver, hakikisha gari unalala nalo wewe mwenyewe na drive asiwe na access nalo kwa matengenezo yoyote yale zaidi ya kuendesha, then rudi na utupe jibu.

    Mh, hapo unaliwa ndg yangu, ulishawahi kwenda siku moja pamoja na dereva ukaona hayo mafuta ni kiasi hicho kweli? mimi siamini japo si mtaalam katika eneo hilo. Pole sana, wakati mwingine madereva ni waongo sana hasa kama hufuatilii biashara yako, kama haili basi hili lori kwanini lifanye kazi nyingine tena hapo hapo mkoani kwako yaani lisivuke mkoa au jaribu siku moja kumuweka ndg yako au wewe mwenyewe usafiri nao kisha uone hayo mafuta kama yanafika kiasi hicho, biashara usipoisimamia vizuri utabadilisha hadi utajiona una mkosi, kumbe kosa lako

    Huo si ushauri ndg yangu, mwenzako amepatwa na tatizo anaomba ushauri wewe unamkatisha tamaa? nadhani sio ustaarabu. Jaribu kujiweka katika mazingira aliyonayo, halafu ujibiwe hivyo wewe ungejisikiaje? mpe ushauri si kumkatisha tamaa, leo kwake kesho kwako!!!

    Nakushauri kwanza piga chini dereva na tingo wake, chukua rafiki yako awe dereva then pata mzigo kwa kutumia njia anazotumia yeye then nenda/safiri na gari mpaka Tunduma say x2 au 3 hivi hapo tayari utapata picha isiyo na chenga chenga, kamwe usijaribu kwenda naye kwani atakutupia misala yote njiani, atakulengesha kila mahali palipo na muzani, kwa matrafiki etc, ali mradi akuonyeshe kwamba anapata shida sana, sikubaliani na kiasi cha diseli inayotumika na hapo kama utasafiri naye basi atakufix vizuri tu utakapoenda kulala asubuhi yake utasaga meno, kwa ujumla watu wengi siku hizi hawana heshima na kazi ila wiziwizi tu

    Kabla ya Kupiga chini tafuta Dereva ila tingo awe Jamaa/Ndugu yako baada ya hapo mwambie tu huyo dereva anayeendesha sasa aje nyumbani kwa maongezi akiwa na gari hilo then unampigia chini pale pale kwako ili asije akakuhujumu kwa kutoa baadhi ya spea au kubadilisha.

    Baada ya Masaa kadhaa mwite dereva mpya mkabidhiane gari lakini njia nzuri ilikuwa ufanye safari na hiyo gari ukiwa na huyo dereva ili ujue mapato halisi, consuption ya mafuta na taratibu nyingine maana inawezekana unahujumiwa kwa sababu hujawahi kusafiri na hiyo gari hata kwa umbali wa Km 2 ikiwa kwenye safari ndefu kama hiyo!!!

    Sehemu kubwa ya wachangiaji wamegusia experiance ya biashara ya hilo gari kama unayo vinginevyo kama hauna basi ndio tatizo lenyewe. Mie nina uzoefu wa wamiliki wa magari hasa wale wanaonza(watanzania) ambao wengi wao uanza kama wafanya biashara wanaosafirisha bidhaa zao na mtaji wao unapokua huamua kununua magari wasafirishe bidhaa zao na za wengine, wengi wao wamekua wakisafiri na hayo magari kwa muda fulani na kufahamu kila kitu kuhusu ghalama na faida tena huwa hata wanapanga bei za kusafirisha mizigo maana wana uzoefu. Hapo ndio utakuta mtu anaongeza gari la pili mpaka la tatu. Kuhusu car truck system kama walivyoshauri inaweza kua na gharama ya ziada na inaweza isikulipe na mwisho wa siku mtaishia kurumbana ukizingatia madereva wetu walio wengi shule ya computer iko mbali hivyo ataona kuna majungu yanaendelea ndio maana wamiliki walio wengi wa malori huwapeleka kibabe madereva wao kiasi kwamba wanakosa hoja za msingi za kufikisha madai yao. Mfano uliza madereva wa METL na hata wa mabasi ya mikoani, lakini madereva wengi huogopa kuacha kazi kutokana na ugumu wa ajira au kuna ujanja ujanja unaoweza kuwasaidia kuishi bila waajiri wao kufaham. Usishangae dereva wa lori analipwa laki 2 lakini anajenga na ana kausafiri ka nyumbani na anawasaidia wanafamilia wake vizuri wakati sie wengine wa maofisini pamoja na mishahara yetu ya milioni hatuwezi hata kujenga maana hamna ujanja ujanja wa kipato cha ziada ni kazi tu aliyokupangia mwajiri.
