Msaada wakuu!!!!

    Wakuu, mimi ni kijana wa kiume na nina tatizo la muda mrefu kidogo ambalo linaninyima raha wakati linapotokea. Tatizo lenyewe ni kwamba hutokea nikiwa nimelala naanza kuota kama ndoto ambayo siwezi kuielezea na katika ndoto huja kitu mfano wa mtu(jinamizi) na kuni gandamiza kimazingara mwili mzima na ninashindwa hata kuinua mkono na kupambana nacho zaidi ya kutumia hisia zaidi. Yaani mwili wote unakuwa umekandamizwa kiasi kwamba siwezi kufanya chochote zaidi ya kutulia na kutumia hisia tu kukifukuza. Wakati mwingine pia wakati nikitokewa na hali hii pia hutokea kama ninashirikiana kimapenzi na kitu hicho (ambacho kihisia hutokea katika umbo la binadamu wa kiume) hali ambayo huninyima raha kabisa. Kiimani mimi ni mkristo na huwa nakikemea kihisia mara kinitokeapo kwa kuwa siwezi kuinua hata kidole kimoja kupambana na mara kiondokapo mimi hushtuka na kujikuta kumbe nilikuwa ndotoni tu. Naomba msaada wa mawazo kwani hali hii hujirudia mara kadhaa na haina interval maalum. Nifanyeje? Natanguliza shukrani.

    Inawezekana unalala vibaya na kujinyima pumzi hivyo mwili unarespond kwa kutuma information kwenye ubongo kwamba umekabwa! Ushauri ni kwamba jaribu kuweka mto unaolalia vizuri kwani shingo inakuwa imejikunja na mara nyingi hali kama hiyo hutokea wakati umelala chali hata mimi mwenyewe ilikuwa inanitokea. Jaribu kufanya mazoezi ili ukalala upate usingingizi kwani hata kukosa usingizi inasababisha hali hiyo na muhimu kabisa kumbuka kusali kabla ya kulala

Majini wanaliogopa sana jina la Yesu na ukilitaja wanaumia.

    Mkuu pole sana. Kwanza mara nyingi hali hii humtokea mtu ambaye hachoki,yani unaenda kulala tu. Ktk hali iyo unakuta unawaza mambo mengi na ukiwa gizani,hapa waweza kuruhusu akili ifanye unavofikiria ndo mana inakuwa ivo ivo. Kwa iyo jitahidi kuwa bize mchana ili ukienda kulala upate usingize wa kweli au fanya mazoezi ya mwili. Mfano,japo hujasema ila hujiulizi kwa nini hutokea mida ya sa8 kasoro mpaka sa9 pekee?na unapolala unashtuka umekabwa na ukiamka hamna kitu! Ukilala tena ivo ivo ukshtuka hamna kitu! Kwa nini ukilala kuanzia sa3-7 haijitokezi na sa10 mpaka asubuhi hamna kitu. Hapa utaambiwa na waabudu mizimu eti kwa sababu majini yanapenda usiku wa manane,wapi! Pia kwa kuwa una imani uliyoitaja basi ni vema pia ukajaribu kuwa na maji yaliyobarikiwa na kiongoz wa kiroho,yan maji ya baraka pamoja na biblia chumbani mwako. Pia kama haupati usingizi vizuri na kuhisi umebanwa,jitahidi kufungua dirisha au pazia nzito ili upate hewa safi,na ikiwezekana weka maji kwenye beseni mbili au zaidi weka karibu au chini ya kitanda,utakuwa umeongeza oksijeni na utalala vizuri bila kuisi kubanwa wala kuona jinamizi. Najua unasumbuka kwani hali hiyo ikitokea yani unahisi hata kuongea ,kunyanyua hata kichwa haiwezekani kabisa na wakati mwingne ukiamka hata kichwa kinauma. Usiende kwa waganga watakutupia majini na pepo wachafu,usikubali kujiweka ktk mikono ya shetani. Ushauri wangu waweza kukusaidia kwa sababu umewasaidia wengi.

    Kama walivyosema waliotangulia hiyo ni nguvu za giza yawezekana jini lakin pia mchawi huwa anakuja kwa style hiyo, fanya maombi. Lakini pia ikikutokea usikubali ukalala aendelee kukukaba jitutumue utapodistub huwa anakimbia, lakini maombi pia. Hii hata mim huwa inanitokea, ukibaki unatulia atakusumbua sana hata pengine ukaanza kuugua. Pole sana kazana maombi. Myth. Watu huwa wanasema ukigeuza nguo yeyote unapolala waweza mwona na hata anaogopa kukusogelea. Mim sijawahi jarib sipendi kuona mizim/mapepo. Jarib waweza tupa uzoefu.

    Huyu mheshimiwa ndio kamaliza shida yako.
    Hali uliyonayo umeielezea kama vile upo kichwani kwangu kwa sababu matatizo kama hayo nimepata sehemu kubwa ya maishani mwangu. Tofauti ni kwamba mimi naelewa jinsi ya kujiepusha.

    Kwa sasa hivi ninafahamu hata jinsi mtu unavyopata jinamizi. Sio uchawi wala majini. Jinamizi (Nightmare) ni ndoto mbaya tu.
    Shule yake inahusisha mambo ya mfumo wa fahamu (nervous system) na inavyocontrol muscle movement pamoja na consciouness.

    Kifupi ni kwamba unatakiwa ulale bila kuwa na HOFU YOYOTE au mawazo/msongo wa mawazo. Jitahidi kujiridhisha rohoni kuwa hamna kibaya cha kukutokea, lala ukiwa na amani rohoni. Basi hapo hutapata jinamizi.

    Ukiongea na wazee watakwambia ni wachawi wanakukandamiza, na kwamba ulale na mkaa kwenye pillow, au uweke bible, au kemea... Hayo yote yanafanikiwa baada ya wewe kuamini kuwa yanafanya kazi na hivyo kukuondolea hofu na kukupa amani, utalala bila jinamizi. Lakini ukweli ni kuwa hamna cha mchawi wala jini. Ni hofu yako tu ina play tricks in your mind. Ondoa hofu. Utalala.

    Rafiki yangu mwingine alihamia mitaa fulani pale sinza, akawa ameambiwa kuna jirani mchawi. Basi mapaka yalikuwa yakipiga kelele usiku, akawa anaingiwa na hofu akifikiri "wenyewe" wamekuja. Akawa anapata majinamizi kila siku akiamini ni wachawi wanakandamiza. Mpaka nilipomuelewesha suala la kuondoa hofu, akaanza kulala vizuri na kukubali kuwa kelele za paka hazina uhusiano na wachawi.

    Hiyo hapo juu iendane na kufanya mazoezi ili uchoke. Muda wote ukiwa umechoka sana, hupati jinamizi.

    Je tatizo hilo hukupata ukiwa umelala peke yako au na mtu mwingine?

    Hili ni tatizo ambalo kuanza kwake hutokana na msongo mkubwa wa mawazo na kiasi kikubwa cha wasiwasi, ambavyo humsababishia mtu aliyelala (JINAMIZI) hali hiyo husababisha WOGA mkubwa moyoni kabla ya kulala, na endapo mlalaji atakuwa usingizini iwapo itatokea kitu chochote kumzonga "hususan shuka au mto" na kusababisha upumuaji kutokuwa katika hali yake ya kawaida basi taarifa zinazopelekwa katika ubongo hutafsiriwa kwamba mhusika amekabwa!!

    Pia, maongezi yanayohusiana na ndoto za aina hiyo au imani hizo husababisha pia.

    Mambo haya ni ya kufikirika zaidi kuliko uhalisia, ndio maana imani husema watu washike vitabu vitakatifu n.k.

    Tatizo: Kama nilivyoeleza awali, pia wengi wanaopatwa matatizo hayo walikuwa wakitishwa utotoni aidha shuleni na sehemu zinginezo, na wengi wao usiku unapoingia basi nyoyo zao hujaa wasiwasi, hali inayopelekea kuamini kuwa saa za madhara na mambo mabaya zimefika. Hivyo basi milango ya hisia katika ubongo hufunguka na kutuma taarifa tofauti, (mathalani anaweza kupita paka kwenye paa la nyumba- mhusika ubongo wake hutafsiri kuwa kuna mtu anatembea juu ya paa!! Pia inaweza kuwa na upepo nje ya nyumba - mhusika hupata hisia kuwa anapaa hewani na upepo ukiisha yeye hutua ghafla na kushtuka!!)

    Tiba za kiimani: maombi, kuweka kisu chini ya mto au mkaa! Kumwaga maji juu ya bati n.k
    maana yake: Imani katika hayo humuondelea mhusika woga na humfanya alale kwa amani!

    UFUMBUZI:
    Jaribu kubadili vikao au maongezi yanayotisha katika moyo wako na kukusababishia wasiwasi.
    Badili uelekeo wa kitanda chako upande tofauti na uliopo sasa,
    Jitahidi kwa siku alau kutembea kilomita tano kwa miguu.
    Pia kunywa maji polepole sana dakika chache kabla ya kupanda kitandani,
    Iwapo tatizo hilo litaendelea... usisite kuuliza nitakupa njia nyingine.

    Kabidhi seriously maisha yako kwa Yesu,,, then jitahidi kusoma mistari ya bible ,,kuimba nyimbo za kumsifu kriisto all the tyme,,,, then jitahidi kulala kwa staha sio unalala ovyo,,unajigandamiza,, last mazoezi ni muhimu sana ktk ustawi wa afya hata ulalaji,kupta usingizi na ndoto.
