Verify that the Temp folder exists and that you can write to it.

Ninatumia Windows Vista.
Nimejaribu kubadili Umiliki wa Admin hapo ndipo nimekwama kabisa! Nimefuata steps hizi zote lakini wapi!

Step 1:- Clear temporary files from computer
===============================

a. Click the Start Button, type C:\Windows\Temp and press Enter.

b. Clear the contents of this folder. Some files may not get deleted, which is normal. You may skip them.
c. Click the Start Button, %temp% and press Enter . Clear the contents in this folder as well.
d. Try to install Silverlight, if you are unable to install please proceed with Step 2.

Step 2: Run Microsoft Fixit
=======================
Please use the below given link to run Microsoft Fixit to automatically resolve the issue

Please Restart the computer and Open the link to install Silverlight

Get Silverlight | Microsoft Silverlight

If you are still unable to install Silverlight. Let us enable the default admin account and try to install in that account.

Step 3:- Enable the Default Administrator account
===================================

Please follow the below mentioned steps:

Please click on start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Right click command prompt and choose "Run as administrator".

Then type the below given command and hit enter. On successful completion of the command it will give you the message "Command completed successfully".

net user administrator /active:Yes


Step 4: Enable Silverlight Add-on.
========================

a. Click Start, please type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.

b. Please switch to the "Programs" tab, click "Manage Add-ons".

c. At the left side of the window, under "Show", scroll down and select "All add-ons "

d. Highlight the Add-on "Microsoft Silverlight", make sure that the option "Enable" has been selected.
