Wakuu heshima yenu....

naombeni msaada wenu ili niweze kupata ufumbuzi wa tatizo hili Invisible, shy n wote.

Computer ninayotumia hii ya hapa job imeingilia na kitu sumthing like virus katika account ya Administrator ambapo imefuta / au kuondoa all item katika desktop na ime'disable desktop, hata uki'right click nothing appear, yani desktop imekuwa empty, you can do nothing with it, ukienda kwenye kuna mtu alinielekeza niende nikarekebishe settings kwenye REGEDIT lakini i cant log into inaniambia was desible by administrator, sasa this is the admin account, nimejaribu ku'repair nothing, na pc ya mwenzangu pia imetokea hivvyo, amejaribu kui'formart but siku hiyo hiyotatizo la ku'disable dsktop limejirudia.

tumejaribu kubadilisha Anti-virus lakini bado the same ss hivi tunatumia Avast 4.8

nitafurahi mkinipa ka'njia kakutokea!

Meanwhile jaribu kulogin kwenye safe mode na uscan then tuone hali inakuwaje

-Ctrl + Alt + Del
-Run
-Browse
-Locate Explorer.exe
-Right click
-Run as
-Administrator

Ukifanikiwa basi jaribu kutumia Avast Online Scanner facility, otherwise ikifail

Simply click and download this stuff and save it on your desktop or your desired destination, after download double click it and follow instructions and then you'll see what's the status of your pc.

To Remove Desktop Virus Follow me Step By Step
If you Using Windows XP Do this First Turn off System Restore Steps to turn off System Restore

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to
select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
4. Click OK.
5. When you receive the following message, click Yes to confirm that you
want to turn off System Restore.
