Tatizo ni kwamba katika miaka mitano iliyopita JK amezijaza mahakama na wateule wake bila shaka aki-anticipate kesi hizi kwa sababu uchakachuaji wa kura ulipangwa muda mrefu uliopita. Kesi hizi huenda zikaendelea mpaka karibu na 2015 ambapo tutaambiwa si busara kuendesha chaguzi ndogo kwa sababu uchaguzi mkuu utakuwa umekaribia. Kumbuka kwa mujibu wa sheria zetu hata Mpendazoe akishinda kesi hatapewa ubunge moja kwa moja. Bali ushindi wa Mahanga utabatirishwa na uchaguzi mdogo kuitishwa ili kumpata Mbunge mpya.

I know that but this sheds light to what kind of a school Mr. Mahanga purported to obtain his degree from. The Wikipedia assertions haven't been contradicted by any other source. Thus it is a good place to begin with in casting doubt on Mahanga's degree. I would challenge you to give me a different and reliable source vouching WIU's accreditation status.

(CNN) – New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg offered a colorful critique of some new incoming members of Congress over the weekend, saying during a trip through Hong Kong that many of them "can't read."
"If you look at the U.S., you look at who we're electing to Congress, to the Senate - they can't read. I'll bet you a bunch of these people don't have passports," said Bloomberg, according to the Wall street Journal. "We're about to start a trade war with China if we're not careful here, only because nobody knows where China is. Nobody knows what China is."

Bloomberg, the former Republican-turned-independent three-term mayor of New York City, made the comments to reporters Saturday in Hong Kong after speaking to a conference of business leaders from around the world.
According to Bloomberg, the incoming crop of new Congress members have taken dangerous anti-China stances that threaten to put America's trade relationship with the world's most populated country in jeopardy.
"I think in America we've got to stop blaming the Chinese and blaming everybody else and take a look at ourselves," Bloomberg also said, according to the paper.
Evelyn Erskine, a spokeswoman for Bloomberg did not dispute the comments, saying in a statement to CNN, "Mayor Bloomberg has said for years that bashing China may make for good politics, but it isn't going to improve American schools or put Americans to work."

According to the philadelphia inquirer, the hawaii location was meant for forwarding mail and telephone calls to the school's location on the mainland. As of 1998 a building pictured on wiu's website was "where the head of washington university receives mail and messages", but a two-story house on a residential street in bryn mawr was the school's registrar's office where a staff of four took calls from students. Karademir explained to the inquirer that we "we are entrepreneurs, we are not educators."[11]
before 1998, the institution now called "washington international university" used the name "washington university," but karademir added "international" to the name in june 1998 as part of the settlement of a lawsuit filed by washington university in st. Louis. [12] lawyers from the latter institution had accused washington international of being "nothing more than a diploma mill",[11] but mr. Karademir of washington international university disputed this characterization.[12]
the institution's incorporation in hawaii was dissolved march 1, 2000.[13] earlier, the state of hawaii had brought legal action against the school, alleging that it had deceived consumers by failing to disclose its lack of accreditation.[14] the parties settled the case in 1999; one of the requirements of the settlement was that washington international dissolve its hawaii corporation and not promote itself as being incorporated in or registered by the state of hawaii.[15]

The school used a local secretarial service to answer the telephone and forward mail, and a local lawyer as an agent.[6] for some period thereafter, completed applications to the institution were requested to be forwarded the student communication center in pennsylvania.[17] similarly, as of february 2008, the university asks prospective students to forward completed application forms to the washington educational organization in wilmington, delaware, and the form states that it is incorporated in british virgin islands.[18]

another washington international university, based in encino, california, advertises itself on the internet as a distance education provider, offering associate's, bachelor's, and mba programs, all in the field of business.[21] its website domain, losangelessoftware.com, does not match the institution name and is not on the .edu tld.
