Motivation and discipline

When you want to do or achieve something or you want to be somewhere, then two things will help you to. One thing will help you to start and the other will help you to keep going even if you do not feel like doing it, here I am talking about motivation and discipline.

Motivation comes from the natural human drive to achieve something, motivation doesn't last longer no matter how much you are motivated to do something. it's a temporary effect created by the brain to boost you in the right direction.

Discipline is the ability to continue doing or pushing in the right direction when you no longer have the motivation to do it.

That is to say that motivation comes just when you are inspired to do something but it will not last longer instead will be affected by factors like laziness, challenges, and excuses, on the other hand, discipline means enforcing yourself to do what you have planned to do even when you have no motivation.

Therefore when you want to do something let's say to start a business it is motivation that tells you to do so and the time you are motivated you will feel like you want even to start now! But when motivation is gone the confidence of doing it disappears, so all you have to do to keep going is to build a discipline. Discipline means you will do it whether you want or not, you feel it or not, because you planned to do it you have to force your mind and body to work for it.

If you build discipline you will win over excuses, procrastination laziness, and challenges by doing whatever it takes to get your plans done.

WHEN YOU ARE MOTIVATED TO DO SOMETHING DON'T THINK YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MOTIVATED, BUILD DISCIPLINE!
