Umeshawahi kumwambia mwenzi/mwenza wako kwa Kiswahili au kwa lugha ya kabila lako kuwa unampenda kama vile wasemavyo waongeaji wa lugha ya Kiingereza 'I love you'?

Unasemaje 'I love you' kwa Kiswahili? Kusema 'nakupenda' hata haiji kabisa.

Au hata kusema 'I miss you'....kwa Kiswahili unasemaje - 'nimekukumbuka'? Yaani bado haiji.

    Wadau mna maoni gani?

I miss you = nimekukumbuka au nimekukosa, I love you= nakupenda

Something ain't right and I just can't put my finger on it....au chukulia kwa mfano, unaongea na kabinti kako kwenye simu halafu kanakwambia 'I love you daddy'.....kwa Kiswahili utasemaje...'nakupenda baba'.......sijui...lakini kwangu mimi ina sound awkward kidogo

    Nyani,
Kiswahili ni lugha practical. Ni mara chache inakuwa abstractive. Kama umemmiss mpenzi wako mwambie tu nimekuwa mpweke bila wewe.
    It is straight forward.

Dah! A lot of words; wakati kwa kingereza, ukishasema, "I love you", ina maanisha yote hayo...
