    Im planning to study LLM abroad but my bachelor degree is not LLB, Can I qualify to be advocate when I come back home after my LLM master degree?
    ALTERNATIVE B, I might study postgraduate diploma in law,mediation Arbitration then go for LLM can I reach my goal of become advocate in Tanzania one day or any advices to make this possible for me ?

    Hapana huwezi kuwa advocate..The advocates Act specifically says only a holder of LLB can qualify to be an advocate.
    Pia kuanzia 2007 graduand yeyote anayetaka kuwa wakili lazima apitie law school.Sheria inayoanzisha law school na rules zake za mwaka 2011 zinasema huwezi kujiunga law school mpk uwe na LLB. Na wametoa kozi ambazo uwe umezisoma ndani ya LLB yako ili uweze kuwa enrolled.Hizo kozi hauzisomi kwenye masters.

    aisee,LL.B ndo mama wa evrythng..kuna kozi core za Ll.b(kama Jurisprdnce,civil procdr,law of evdnce etc) lazma uzisome! Kumbuka masterz una deal na 1 area of law in dip,tofaut na LL.B whc z general...kozi nyng
