tusiinge mambo ya kigeni bali tutumie mazao yetu ya asili tutapunguza magonjwa mengi sana kwa kuwa nchi yetu imebarikiwa kila sehemu ina neema yake tuleni sana (Parachichi,Ndizi, machungwa,magimbi,zabibu, matango, tikitimaji,etc) yanapatikana pande zote za nchi

Tuna tatizo kubwa.Hata hayo matunda nayo yameingiliwa kwani yamekaa KICHINA Mno.Siku hizi sio ajabu kuambiwa hili ni tikiti la kisasa au chungwa la kisasa n.k Na hayo matunda ya kisasa nayo yamejaa kemikos kibao...Hata hakieleweki siku hizi nini cha kufanya ili mradi hata hao TFDA na TBS wamelala usingizi...
 
Siko kuharibu biashara za watu ila mi nawashangaa sana wanaokunywa juice za Azam sijuhi anaweka sukari nusu kilo kwa box. Utasema yametengenezwa ili yawe diluted. Kuna watu unakuta wanaparamia box zima daily; kwa nini usinenepeane.

Mimi ni mtu wa kutengeneza juice nyumbani, na wala si expensive kama kununua za box. 2500 napata matunda kibao mchanganyiko na tunakunywa nyumba nzima

Mimi nilacha kunywa juice hizi muda mrefu sana.Ziliniongeza uzito sana mpaka zikanigharimu muda na pesa kuushusha uzito sana

A roselle drink

by boiling driedsepals and calyces of the Sorrel/Flower of Jamaica plant in water for 8 to 10 minutes (or until the water turns red), then adding sugar. It is often served chilled. This is also done in Guyana, Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago where it is called 'sorrel'. The drink is one of several inexpensive beverages (aguas frescas) commonly consumed in Mexico and

Central America, and they are typically made from fresh fruits, juices or extracts. A similar thing is done in Jamaica but additional flavor is added by brewing the tea with ginger and adding rum. It is a popular drink of the country at Christmas time. It is also very popular in

Trinidad & Tobago but cinnamon and cloves are preferred to ginger. In Mali, Senegal, The Gambia, Burkina Faso and Benin calyces are used to prepare cold, sweet drinks popular in social events, often mixed with mint leaves, dissolved menthol candy, and/or various fruit flavors. The Middle Eastern and Sudanese drink "Karkade"(كركديه) is a cold drink made by soaking the dried Karkade flowers in cold

water over night in a refrigerator with sugar and some lemon or lime juice added.It is then consumed with or without ice cubes after the flowers have been strained.In Lebanon, sometimes toasted pine nuts are tossed into the drink.

With the advent in the U.S. of interest in south-of-the-border cuisine, the calyces are sold in bags usually labeled "Flor de Jamaica" and

have long been available in health food stores in the U.S. for making a tea that is high in vitamin C. This drink is particularly good for people who have a tendency, temporary or otherwise, toward water retention: it is a mild diuretic.


In addition to being a popular homemade drink, Jarritos, a popular brand of Mexican soft drinks, makes a Flor de Jamaica flavored carbonated beverage. Imported Jarritos can be readily found in the U.S.


In the UK the dried calyces and ready-made sorrel syrup are widely and cheaply available in Caribbean and Asian grocers. The fresh calyces are imported mainly during December and January in order to make Christmas and New Year infusions, which are often made into cocktails with additional rum. They are very perishable, rapidly developing fungal rot, and need to be used soon after purchase – unlike the dried product, which has a long shelf-life.

mkuu, hata azam embe sio 'natural' hata kidogo--ina kemikali za kufa mtu. juice halisi ni ile inayotokana na matunda halisi uliyochuma shambani wewe mwenyewe au uliyonunua kwenye soko kariakoo shimoni au tandale kwa bi nyau, basi!!!

Lakini naomba kujuzwa.. MziziMkavu na haya maji ya kilimanjaro sijui uhai nayo yakoje?? Ni salama kwa afya??

Kitu chochote kikitengenezwa na kuwekwa ndani ya chupa ya plastiki au box kinakuwa hakiko salama ndugu.

asante sana kwa taarifa hii mkuu ...ingawa washkaji wananiambia mm mgumu wa kununua juice za maboks kumbe naepuka madhara. watanzania tupige vita haya majuice masoda maaana vijana wanakunywa sana...sasa sipat picha tutakapokuwa watu wa umri mzima ,,,sizan kama tutakuwa normal

UBUYU WENYEWE

Unga wa ubuyu unaelezwa kuwa na vitamini na madini mengi kuliko matunda mengine. Inaelezwa

kuwa unga wa ubuyu una Vitamin C nyingi kuliko hata machungwa na ina kiwango kingi cha madini

ya kashiamu (Calcium) kuliko hata maziwa ya ng’ombe.

Aidha, unga wa ubuyu ni chanzo kikubwa cha madini mengine aina ya chuma (iron), Potasiamu

(Pottasium) na manganizi (magnesium). Inaelezwa kuwa kiwangao cha Potasiamu kilichomo kwenye

unga wa ubuyu ni mara sita zaidi ya kile kinachopatikana kwenye ndizi. Ubuyu ni muhimu sana kwa

watu wenye matatizo ya figo.

Vile vile unga wa ubuyu una uwezo mkubwa wa kuongeza kinga ya mwili (antioxidant) kutokana na

kuwa na kiwango kikubwa cha virutubisho vya kuongeza kinga mwilini dhidi ya magonjwa

nyemelezi. Kiwango chake kinazidi hata kile kinachotolewa na matunda mengine kama vile Krenberi,

bluberi na blakberi. Ili upate faida za unga wa ubuyu zinazoelezwa hapa, lazima ule ubuyu halisi

usiochanganywa na kitu kingine cha kuongeza ladha

Nunua ukwaju wako, ukwaju unapatikana kwa wingi sana masokoni na kwenye supermarkets

  • andaa maji kwenye dishi na uoshe kidogo tuu
  • baada ya kuuosha chukua ukwaju wako weka kwenye sufuria yenye maji ya saizi na injika jikoni
  • uache uchemke kwa dakika 10/15 ili uuwe vijidudu
  • ipua ukwaju wako jikoni na uache kwa muda upoe
  • andaa maji yako masafi na chujio ili uweze kuchuja juice yako kwa uangalifu zaidi ili upate juice yenyewe
  • weka sukari kwa kiasi unachopendelea
  • pia ili kupunguza ukali unaweza ukaweka hiliki au vanila ili kupata taste
  • weka juice yako kwenye fridge ili ipoe tayari kwa kunywa

FAIDA YA JUISI YA UKWAJU.


  1. Chanzo kizuri cha viuasumu mwilini 'antioxidants' ambavyo huzuia Saratani (cancer)
  2. Chanzo cha Vitamini B na C vile vile "carotentes"
  3. Hushusha joto la mwili na kuondosha homa, hasa homa ya malaria na homa ya matumbo
  4. Huulinda mwili dhidi ya mafua na kero za mafua kooni
  5. Husaidia myeyusho na mmengenyo wa chakula na kuondosha kuvimbiwa
  6. Husaidia kutibu matatizo ya nyongo (bile disorders)
