What I see is age discrimination

In this age and time, we are talking about handle written applications? for an IT analyst? give me a break.
What are we trying to achieve? For sure the application will be written by them. Has our academic institutions and school been this poor that we don't event trust credential/certificates from them? oooohhhh this guy/girls
hand writing is good s/he must be a very good IT analysts.................................... sick!
