    Rocket Science kuliona hilo.humjuwi nani mja mzito kati ya wananchi si wanaume si wanawake na wala sio watoto hali inatishia.

    Hali ya obesity kwa watoto kwa kweli ni mbaya, hasa watoto wa mijini. Lakini pia kama taifa hatulioni hilo kama ni tatizo ili kuweza kuchukua initiatives. But siku si nyingi tunaweza kujikuta tupo busy kutibu magonjwa na madhara yatokanayo na obesity. So far in my strugle to write about obesity sijaona studies zozote zinazohusu obesity zilizofanyika Tanzania.

    Unajua kuna ka-ushamba fulani ambako watu wengi tena wa kada zote yani wasomi na wasio wasomi wanakaamini kuwa kitambi au unene au kufuga minyama uzembe ni sign ya kuonyesha kuwa mambo yako ni safi,kinachoniudhi mimi zaidi ni mtu anapolisha mtoto(overfeed) ili iwe ni kiashirio kuwa mzazi mambo yake yamenyooka wakati anasahau kuwa anamsababishia madhara makubwa baadaye.

    watoto wa mijini bwana, huko vijijini ni kweli underweight ni serious problem kuliko overweight but kwa mijini, overweight ndo tatizo kubwa.

    Unajuwa, madaktari ni watu wazuri sana, sema tatizo lao kubwa ni wamefundishwa 'kukariri' na si kuuliza 'kwanini'?. Kweli kama unaenda hospitalini halafu unamkuta anayetaka kukutibu naye anaumwa, haileti picha nzuri.

    Kwa sasa watu wengi hawajuwi kuwa unene au uzito kupita kiasi ni magonjwa pia!!!, mbaya zaidi namna watu wanavyoelekezwa jinsi za kudhibiti hali hii haiendani na ukweli wa kisayansi.

    Lakini nini hasa husababisha uzito na unene kupita kiasi?, bonyeza link hii ukajifunze namna rahisi za kudhibiti hali hiyo bila gharama yeyote: uzito na unene kupita kiasi | maajabu ya maji

    Mkuu asante kwa hiyo link tena umehusika kuitengeneza. Mkuu nasema hivyo kwa sababu kuna madaktari nawajua ni wanene kupita kiasi na vitambi aisee mpaka mimi nisiye jua maana ya afya nawaonea huruma sana.

    diabetes melitus is common among the poor in rich countries and common among the rich in poor countries. OBESITY being the common risk factor. Hii ni kwa sababu kwenye nchi tajiri maskini ndio wanakula hovyo hovyo na vyakula vyao haviko balanced kwani kupata vyakula bora ni ghali. Huku kwetu matajiri ndio wanakula misosi ya hovyo wakijua ndio inayotakiwa kuliwa na wenye hela kumbe haiko balanced na maskini wanakula vyakula vya kawaida ambavyo kumsababishia unene ni ngumu.

    Ukiwa mnene Tanzania unaonekana mambo safi miaka nenda rudi. Angalieni viongozi wetu mitambi ilivyokuwa mikubwa? Alafu wakidondoka na kufa ghafla wanaanza kutafuta mchawi nani.

    Muhimu ni serikali kuelimisha taifa kwa ujumla si watoto wala wazee. Njia nzuri yaku kuelimisha ni kupitia matangazo ya kwenye radioni, tv, na magazeti mara kwa mara. Unawaambia wananchi madhara yake na nini cha kufanya hili wasiwe wanene kupita kiasi na kupata magonjwa kama kisukari, na magonjwa ya moyo.

    Kwa upande wa watoto sasa hivi kuwa wanene sana ukitoa kula vyakula vyenye mafuta mengi au mlo usio kua na mpangilio ni kutokana kutumia mda mwingi kwenye kucheza video game au internet. Zamani tulikua tuna piga mpira kila siku, kila mtaa tuna timu ya mpira, lakini siku hizi watoto,vijana wote wanakimbilia internet. Mda wa kufanya mazoezi hamna matokeo watu wananenepeana tu.

    Muhimu kwa wazazi kujaribu kuwahimiza watoto wacheze michezo ya nje sio kukaa ndani tu na video game au internet .

    Kwa watu wazima pia, tufanye mazoezi na tuangalie mda wa kula, aina ya chakula na kiwango cha chakula. Tabia ya kula mapocho pocho kibao alafu unaenda kuchapa usingizi hapo hapo sio vizuri. Vitambi vinatoka na kula chakula kingi sana wakati wa usiku na baada hapo mtu anaenda kulala. Matokeo yake wakati huu. Chakula kinasagwa kwa kasi ndogo sana na kingi kinaifadhiwa kama mafuta kwenye maeneo ya tumbo.

    Tule milo midogo midogo kwa siku yenye mboga za majani, matunda, maji mengi, kuku, samaki, karanga. Wali na ugali tule kiwango kidogo pia na muhimu zaidi tufanye mazoezi japo nusu saa kwa siku, mara tano kwa wiki. Kutembea pia ni zoezi tosha kabisa.

    Kila la kheri ndugu zangu.

    data alizoweka katika article hiyo sioni tofauti na magaezeti ya ulaya. na asilimia ALIYOWEKA PIA NI KUBWA. ila sawa kama kaona ni kweli. kuandika data lazima siku zote pia tuangalie population. kama anaongelea dar sawa, kama ni mikoa yote mijini data na za uongo.

    Hili ni tatizo kubwa kwelikweli, wengi wetu tunaamini kuwa mtu akiwa na mwili mkubwa ndio ishara ya afya bora, wazazi wengi wanawalisha watoto wao vyakula vya mafuta na protini kwa wingi sana na kupotezea vyakula vya vitamini ambavyo ndio msaada mkubwa kwa mwili wa binadamu.......
