Naona umerukia kujibu post yangu mie nakujibu hivi... Debate inahusu utawala wa Rais Kikwete toka mwaka 2005 hadi 2012...

Kwa hiyo siasa haipo hapa?

Mi naomba mnieleze tu ni njia gani nitumie kukutana na kiongozi ili nimng'ate sikio. Viongozi ninaotaka kukutana nao ni kama Baba Aisha, Mama Spwika.........

This should be a very interesting debate pitting two individuals with two opposing views about the insanity of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. While Zomba is filled with an ardent love for the status quo, Matola has this deep feeling that in Tanzania the Status quo is synonymous with just one thing, "the mess we are in". Zomba, like a manager, accepts, defends and wants to preserve the status quo while Matola, like a leader, identifies, challenges and wants to change it.

Defenders of the status quo, like Zomba, will argue that this system has served us well over 50 years, imedumisha amani na utulivu and that we should not just throw away what has taken that many years to build. They are blind to the fact that the dissatisfaction, ferment and restlessness currently facing our beloved country are a result of a failed leadership and an indication of people's thirst for change . Zomba will come up with half baked figures and numbers but the reality is, we are in a hole but like i.d.i.o.t.s we just cant stop digging.

On the other hand Matola is part of a 'new breed' of models who perhaps don't exactly fit the status quo that has always made them feel small. They are eager to grow and are willing to be honest with themselves about what they feel for it is only through such willingness people can evolve. People who demand neutrality in situations like the one facing our country are usually not neutral but in favor of the status quo. Defending Kikwete requires guts and sterner stuff like zomba of 2007 and not zomba of 2012!

Sasa haya si ndio tunafanya kila siku? Nenda jukwaa kama jamii intelligence, great thinkers, au hata threads zingine humu humu siasa.
