Siamin ktk kukua ambapo kampuni nyingi zimekuwa zinajidefend, how long does it take kwa org kudeclare imekuwa na kuacha kunyonya watu kwa kuwalipa pesa kidogo hebu tufikirie jamani!!Tanzania inaweza kuwa nchi inayoongoza kwa kufavor wawkezaji when it comes to ajira,na huwa wanafurahia sana hali hii!!Nchi za wenzetu vibarua wanalipwa pesa nyingi sana na wanajali masaa mtu anayofanya kazi lakini siyo kwetu!!Niliona mradi wa wachina wa barabara vibarua wanaolipwa shs 2000 kwa siku ukiangalia muda na kazi anayofanya hata haviendani na bado manyanyaso kibao na anawatishia sbb ana uwezo wa kupata wengine!!Sijui hizo proposal zinaangaliwaga vizuri kweli?!!Kwa kweli Kama org haijakuwa isubiri ipate capital ya kutosha ndio ije kuanzisha miradi sio kuja kunyonya watu hapa!!!

Wanatumia Demand and supply driven opportunities, if labour supply is plent then they normally have an advantage kudengua and vice versa. Isitoshe wanaangalia what happens na serikalini pia mishahara ni midogo so they learn from our mistakes. Just be Strategic!!!

I dont see anything wrong with that.Besides you never this might be temporary jobs and they might not be demanding a graduate education level.Hebu tuwe was kweli hata kama you're being paid 50,00 tsh per month come one i dont think there is anyone hata kama ni baba yako will be capable of giving this money for free even to his lovely child who doesnt work.I mean dont you guys think there are people who are in desperate need for any sort of income?.Have you ever of breakeven? Hata kama ni wewe una kaduka chako huwezi kumlipa mfanyakazi wako alot of money wakati hujaanza kupate profit. Myself i dont see anything wrong at all with it.The thing is mtu anapata hata sehemu ya kujishikiza kwa muda at least anaweza kujinunulia personal things kuliko kutegemea wazazi. After sometimes akipate better job anakwenda. Please let's look at the positive side of it not crashing anything bila kufikiri they are at least helping alot of people out their.Put yourself in the shoes of this desperate boys/girls mtu hata hela ya sabuni hana why woudnt take it.I mean tusipende kukosoa vitu tu bila kuangalia the positive side of it.

Jamaa wameibiwa sana na magraduate. Nafaham some of people walionzia hapa tym ile tunasota kitaani.
Wana branch manager wao mmoja ni six leaver wenyewe wanamfagilia balaa ktk web yao.
The moja reasons ni kwamba hawa jamaa hawana job security kabisa, mishahara mibovu, poor working condition, targets za hatari, hawana KPI zitakazofanya upande salary levels.
VERY POOR EMPLOYER,bora hata ufanye SACCOS.
