Mambo ya kusikitisha yanayotokea BongoTZ, je tutaendelea kweli?

2. Tanesco nao wametuletea umeme hadi huku mabondeni, vibaka wanakata na kuiba nyaya (sijui wanaenda kuzifanyia nini!). Tena hao vibaka nao wanakaa maeneo haya haya!

3. Hayo hayo ya umeme wengine wanaiba mafuta ya transforma kwenda kukaangia chips!

What are our government institutions that have been mandated to look into the issue of expatriates doing? Are they compromised? Why are we only talking about small chinese business men and yet our Private sectors has been flooded by expatriates from Kenya and India?

I would also like to challenge our media to be more professional and practice investigative journalism and thus challenging them to investigate leading banks in the country, telecommunication industries etc. Some of these organizations have more than 20 expatriates working and yet the country regulations allows for only 5 expatriates under very stringent conditions. What has changed - this question is directed to BOT, Ministry of Labour and Immigration. Some of these Kenyans come under the pretext of business trip and thus they are issued with a business visa of which is constantly renewed after every two months. If they have come to support the business or on a business trip, they why do they feature in organization structures, dominated EXCO meetings etc? One telecommunication company even have expatriates at the age of 20, surely, are we saying that Tanzania lacks a labour force to this extent??

I call upon, BOT, Ministry of Labour, Telecommunication Regulatory boards and Immigration to do their jobs well and the challenge also goes to the Media to investigate.
