Nawaambieni ukweli mambo yamefikia point of no return, muache kutafuta pa kushikilia kwa kuburuza Nairobi kwenye msiba wenu. Haya mabasi mliyazindua mkitegemea kupunguza msisimko wa UKAWA, lakini wapi, jamaa wamekomaa hadi October 25, watani wote wa Tanzania akina kadoda11 wameziba maskio na macho, huku mtawaona baada ya uchaguzi, hawalali wala nini, ni mambo ye kuangusha chama ndio gumzo la mjini.

Nimekua pale Arusha kwa shughuli fulani, aisei acha tu bana.

Owner : Nairobi County Government
Financier: CDI Global Netherlands
Cost: 1 Billion Kshs (Initially)
Number Of Buses: 300 (initially) to be
increased to 578 by (2017) then to 2000
buses.
Start Date: July 2014
Initial Routes To Be Covered:
The bus rapid transit system will start with
three transport corridors; Athi River town to
Kikuyu town, Thika to the central business
district (CBD) and Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport to the CBD.
Special bus tracks will be built from Airport
Road junction to Machakos and another one
to Kikuyu through Waiyaki Way.
Two more bus routes will terminate at Bomas
and Ruaka towns through Langata and Limuru
roads respectively.
Projected Fixed Fare:- 35Kshs
Other details

The Buses will be owned by the Nairobi
County government, but the services will be
contracted out to a private company through
public tendering.
NB: The complete details of the project are
not yet available and so we have to wait until
an official statement is made by the

Already 14 out of 28 train stations in Nairobi are under construction with makadara embakasi and syokimau already completed

Nairobi Commuter Rail development Master
Plan
The Nairobi Commuter Rail Project has already
undergone a Feasibility Study defining the
scope, technical details and development
structure, and is now at implementation stage.
The project will be developed in three (3)
phases as described below.
Phase 1 : This will be developed within the
existing railway corridors to provide commuter
rail services between Nairobi Railway Station
and the following destinations:
Ruiru,
Syokimau
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport,
Kikuyu, and
Embakasi Village
This development will be realised by 2013 and
will include the building of 26 new modern
passenger handling stations at the existing
railway stations and at new locations.
Syokimau Railway Station is complete while
two other stations are under construction âÂ
€Â“ Makadara and Imara Daima.
Phase 2:Â This development will also be
within the existing railway corridor and will
extend commuter rail services to:
Thika,
Limuru, and
Lukenya
Phase 3: This development will be within new
railway corridors and will target the outlying
satellite towns such as: Ongata Rongai,
Kiserian, Ngong, Kiambu, Ruai and Kangemi.

Sidhani serikali ya Tanzania itapanga kuondoa zile madaladala zilizomo kwa sasa.

Kweli mabasi ya BRT yanahitajika kama hizi ndizo barabara za Tanzania and am sure hapa ni Dar, am really shocked.
 
We ni mpuuzi sana. Kwa habari kama hizi ndo mana wakenya wanatuona mafala sana sometimes.Mi mtanzani mzalendo lakni Uzi wako ni wa kipuuzi.
 
Hahaha ati Nairobi shocked? nilidhani nitaona reli kama ya Ethiopia kumbe ni mabasi tu, Hayo mabasi ata Kigali yapo mkuu, usiwe mshamba mshamba, hongera zenyu lakini.
