No Court shall have power to inquire into anything done by the National Electoral Commission in the discharge of its functions in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. Nadhani kwa vile tuko kwenye mchakato wa kupata Katiba mpya; basi Bunge letu laweza kutuondolea huu u -mungu mtu ndani ya Tume ya Uchaguzi mapema zaidi ilituweze kuanza kuwaamini kuwa wataweza kupigania na kusimamia maoni yetu huko mbele ya safari. 3. For the better carrying out of its functions, the Electoral Commission is an autonomous department.
